1. Production Line Overview

The mattress production line automates sleep product manufacturing. It follows four steps: substrate processing, multi – layer assembly, sizing/packaging, and quality inspection. Using CNC cutting, automated stitching, and eco – friendly tech, it turns raw materials into finished mattresses. It supports spring, latex, memory foam models, plus soft/hard dual zones. Flexible production covers 5cm–30cm thin/thick pads for diverse needs.

2. Substrate Processing Line

As the foundation of comfort and durability, this line prioritizes “eco – protection + standardization”. For spring mattresses, automated machines roll pocket springs (elasticity error ≤5N). Arrange them into cores (60/㎡ soft, 80/㎡ hard) and wrap in nonwovens. For latex/memory foam, CNC cuts blocks to size (e.g., 1.8m×2.0m, error ≤2mm). Punches add 5mm–8mm vent holes. AGVs transport substrates to storage. Scan material specs (cotton, sponge) for assembly compatibility.

3. Multi – layer Structure Assembly Line

This line uses “layered superposition + automated fitting” for comfort and durability. Conveyors move bases (spring core, hard cotton) to stations. Lay a 2cm buffer layer (sponge/wool). Apply hot melt glue to prevent shifting. Add functional layers: spring mattresses get latex cushions; memory foam uses breathable fabrics (bamboo, ice silk); dual – zone models use tooling for soft/hard areas. Automated edging machines sew edges (3mm–5mm spacing). Install handles and anti – slip backing. Monitor thickness (deviation ≤3mm) to avoid misalignment.

4. Stereotyped Packaging Line

Focused on shaping and eco – friendly packaging, it ensures stable, safe products. Assembled mattresses enter a 50℃–60℃ furnace for 30 minutes. A platen presses to prevent collapse. Package by material: spring mattresses use breathable dust bags; latex/memory foam undergo vacuum compression (rebound in 30 mins). Test formaldehyde (<0.05mg/m³, meet GB18587 – 2017). Automated labeling adds product info (type, size, eco – cert) for consumers.

5. Finished Product Quality Inspection & Storage Line

This line has multi – stations for safety, comfort, durability. Visual tools check fabric flaws (jumpers, stains) and stitching. Test spring resilience (≥90% after 5,000 presses), foam recovery (shape in 5 secs), edge support (no collapse). Randomly inspect odors/harmful substances. Qualified mattresses go to smart storage via AGVs (sorted by “type + size”). The system updates inventory for quick orders, reducing fabric wear.

6. Core Advantages of the Production Line

  • Eco & Comfort: Substrate processing uses eco – friendly glue, formaldehyde – free fabrics. 100% eco – testing, 70%+ core automation—ensure comfort and safety.
  • Flexible Production: Support mixed production of mattress types/specs. Replace molds, adjust params in 1 hour to meet personalization.
  • Intelligent Management: MES collects real – time data (pass rates, defects). Equipment warnings improve by 20%. Unique codes track materials, processes, inspections—aid quality and after – sales.
